Zimbabwe Visa Requirements & Application Countries

Zimbabwe Visa is required for many countries and passport holders intending to visit the country.

US citizens, Indian passport holders, most EU countries, Pakistani nationals, Canadian citizens, Australians and many others need a Zimbabwe Visa.

There is an online e visa system that you may use for visa application before you travel. This applies if you are a citizen of one of the countries that need visa.

note: Some people; for example USA, UK, most EU, Canadian and Australian citizens have option to apply in their countries before they travel or they apply on arrival at Zimbabwe airport/border(later is best option).

However, others for example Pakistan, Nigerian and Indian passport holders need to apply in their countries before travel.

Holiday Visa Information

Zimbabwe holiday visas are given to people intending to visit the country for few months for tourism purposes. This permit is also issued to those visiting families and friends as well as people travelling to attend to personal matters. Zimbabweans with dual citizenship are required to get a visa if they use a passport from countries in Categories A and B. When travelling make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months and you have details about where you are going to stay.

Business Visa Details

A business visa is given to foreign nationals visiting Zimbabwe for business related reasons, for example to offer services or for consultancy. The business visa will be issued for a period of 30 days and will not be renewed when it ends. Before the visa is given, you would need to provide host(Zimbabwean) company’s tax information, CR14, bank statement and letter of invitation. On your side you would need your bank statements and proof of residence in country of origin. *If a you are visiting to scout for potential business you are just required to provide passport, proof of your current bank account and residential status in country of origin
